Types Of Pain

There are two types of pain. Physical pain and Emotional pain   


1) Physical Pain: Diseases, Injury, or Something that hurts the body.

2) Emotional Pain: Stress Response just from Your Negative Emotions


Emotional pain hurts more than physical pain. har insaan kisi Na kisi emotional pain ka shikar ho hi jata hai. Issi ka naam zindagi hai. Magar wahi insaan khushgawar zindagi basar karta hai Jo emotionally intelligent ho.

4 Self Harm Emotions (Also Called Wasted Emotion)


Understand your 4 self harm emotions jo insaan ki zindagi ko tabah kardeti hai. Aur zindagi bas ek zehni azaab ke siwa kuch nahi rehti.

These negative emotions which upsets the body's hormone balance, depletes the brain chemicals required for happiness.


The 4 self harm emotions are : Bad Character, Mental Fear, Inferiority Complex, Negative Feelings.


These emotions (disease) tend to poison our personalities and lead to tension and unhappiness in our life.


Bad Character : Like : Anger, Envy, Suspicion, Greedy etc.

A man of bad character punishes his own soul.


Mental Fear : Once you start fearing, start of dying. Where there’s Faith, There’s No way to FEAR.


Inferiority Complex : Comparison is the Thief of Joy Accept your journey and Enjoy Life


Negative Feelings : Negative feeling which causes you to be miserable and sad. Resolve your inner conflict for peaceful life. Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace.

How to Heal emotional problems with Quran and Hadith?


For every problem there is an Ayat in the Quran. These Ayats help you to heal your mental stress.


Allah SWT said : ...Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss. (Quran 17 : 82)


O men, there has come to you an advice from your Lord, and a cure for the ailments of your hearts, and guidance and mercy for the believers. (Qur’an : 10 : 57)


...It is a guide and a healing to the believers. As for those who disbelieve, there is deafness in their ears and blindness to it ˹in their hearts˺... (Quran 41:44)


…And He will heal the hearts of a believing people. (Quran 9:14)
