Belief in the Decree of Allah : with La' ilaha il'Allah, you accept that everything happens according to His will and decree.

Faith (Eemaan)

There are six (6) essentials to basic islamic faith not believing in one of these essentials a person remained outside the fold of Islam.

Hadith of Jibreel:

When the angel Jibreel asked what is Eemaan, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said;

"Eemaan is to believe in Allah,

and in the angels,

and in the Books,

And in His Messengers,

on the Day of Judgement,

and Al- Qadar (Fate) the Good and Bad Times"

(Bukhari, Muslim)

The last pillar of the Islamic faith in which every Muslim must believe is the concept of Al-Qadr, which closely translates to pre-ordainment (or pre-destination/ Divine Decree, destiny, fate). When one believes in the tenet of Al-Qadr, which we’ll translate as ‘Divine Decree’, he or she affirms that everything good or bad that happens in his or her life comes from God the Almighty; something He Willed to happen. Al-Qadr in Arabic linguistically means to measure, to determine, to assess, to decide, to judge.

Fate   -   Allah SWT create us with fate.

With La' ilaha il'Allah, you accept that everything happens according to His will and decree.

With La' ilaha il'Allah, you accept that whatever befell you was decreed by Allah.

Build that sanctuary of La' ilaha il'Allah in your heart. Surrender yourself to Him and sure you will find peace.

My Life may not be going the way I planned it.  But it is going exactly the way Allah planned.

Many of our problems are created by ourselves when we fail to accept fate and decree that everything is from Allah SWT, and that it was meant to happen.

Realizing that everything goes as He (Allah) has planned. This will give you peace of mind.

…Allah has already set a destiny for everything. (Quran 65:3)

Truly Believe

Hadith of Jabir: "No slave of Allah will truly believe until he believes in Al Qadr its good and bad from Allah, until he knows that what has befallen him was not going to miss him and that what missed him was not going to befallen him" (Tirmidhi)

The Pen

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said;

“Verily, the first thing Allah created was the pen.  He said to it: "write" it replied: "my lord, what should i write?" so He SWT said: "write all that will occur and all that has occurred." so in that hour, everything that will occur until the day of recompense was recorded”

(At-Tirmithee And Abu Dawud)

50,000 Years Prior to Heavens & the Earth

Sahih Muslim, Book 033, Number 6416: Book Of Destiny Abdullah b. 'Amr b. Al-'As reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (pbuh) as saying:

"Allah ordained the measures (of quality) of the creation fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth, as His Throne was upon water"

When the Man was in the Womb of his Mother

Sahih Muslim, Book 33, Number 6397: Book Of Destiny Anas b. Malik reported directly from Allah's Messenger (pbuh) that he said:

"Allah, the Exlated and Glorious, has appointed an angel as the caretaker of the womb, and he would say:  My Lord, it is now a drop of semen;  my Lord, It is now a clot of blood;  my Lord, it has now become a lump of flesh, and when Allah decides to give it a final shape, the angel says:  My Lord, would it be male or female or would he be an evil or a good person? What about his livelihood and his age? And it is all written as he is in the womb of his mother."

Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz). (Al Qur’an 54 : 49)

Mu’min

Hazrat Jabbir (RA) narrates that Rasulullah (pbuh) said:

“You can never be a Mu’min as long as you do not believe in Taqdeer in its good and its bad to such an extent that whatever is to happen will not be warded off and whatever is not to happen will not Occur."

(Tirmizi)

Belief in the Decree of Allah – Taqdeer

A Hadith for a Tension Free Life

Hazrat Ibn Abbaas (RA) narrates: “I was (once) behind the Prophet (pbuh) when he said to me:

"O son! I shall inform you of a few things. Remember Allah and He will protect you. Remember Allah and you will find Him close to you. If you ask for something, then ask Allah [alone]; and if you seek help, then seek help from Allah [alone].

(...the hadith continues to build Firm Belief )

That if all creation desires to benefit you in anything, they can never benefit you but that which Allah has decreed for you. If they all unite to harm you, they will not be able to harm you in anything, but that which Allah has decreed for you.

(...the hadith further afirms by saying)

The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried.”

( Tirmizi )

Is hadith se ye sabit hochuka ke Darr aur Umid sirf Allah Ka.

This Hadith clearly indicate that fear and hope is only from Allah.

Everything

Sahih muslim Book 033, Number 6419: Tawus reported: I found some Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:

"Everything is by measure". And he further said: "I heard Abdullah b. Umar as saying: There is a measure for everything-even for incapacity and-capability".

Hazrat Abdullah (RA) narrates that the Prophet (pbuh) has siad:

sab kuch taqdeer mein likha ja chuka hai. Yahan tak ke insaan ka nasamaj aur nakara hona hoshiyar aur khabil hona bhi taqdeer hi se hai. (Muslim)

Hazrat anas razi allah ta’ala anha riwayat karte hain ke main ne 8 saal ki umar mein nabi e kareem sallallahu alaikhi wasallam ki khidmat shuru ki aur 10 saal tak khidmat ki .is arse mein jab kabhi mere haat se koi nuqsan huwa to aap ‘sas’ ne mujhe kabhi isper malamat nahi farmayi .agar aap ‘sas’ ke ghar walon mein se kabhi kisi ne kuch kaha bhi to aap ‘sas’ ne farma diya REHNE DO kuch na kaho. Kyunke agar kisi nuqsan ka hona mugaddar mein hota hai to woh hokar rehta hai (Masabi Husunna)

Adam and Musa

Sahih muslim Book 033, Number 6409: Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (pbuh) as saying:

"There was an argument between Adam and Musa.

Musa said to Adam:  You are our father. You did us harm and caused us to get out of Paradise.

Adam said to him:  You are Musa. Allah selected you (for direct conversation with you) and wrote with His own Hand the Book (Torah) for you. Despite this you blame me for an act which Allah had ordained for me forty years before He created me.

Then Propet Muhammad (pbuh) said:. This is how Adam came the better of Musa".

…then you came according to fate, O Musa! (Qur’an 20 : 40)

Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz). (Qur’an 54 : 49)

Don't Say:  If I Had Not Done That ...

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:

"A strong believer is better and is more lovable to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in everyone, (but) cherish that which gives you benefit (in the Hereafter) And seek help from Allah and do not lose heart,

And if anything (in the form of trouble) comes to you,

Don't Say:

If I had not done that, it would not have happened so and so,

But Say:

Allah did that what He had ordained to do and your "if" opens the (gate) for the Satan".
