Understand The Reason Behind Your Calamities :

This is a Decree of Allah

…Allah has already set a destiny for everything. (Quran 65:3)

Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz). (Qur’an 54 : 49)

No calamity befalls on the earth or in yourselves but is inscribed in the Book of Decrees (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz), before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is easy for Allâh. (Quran 57 : 22)

No calamity befalls, but by the Leave [i.e. Decision and Qadar (Divine Preordainments)] of Allâh, and whosoever believes in Allâh, He guides his heart [to the true Faith with certainty, i.e. What has befallen him was already written for him by Allâh From the Qadar (Divine Preordainments)], And Allâh is the All-Knower of everything. (Quran 64 : 11)

Say: "Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allâh has ordained for us. He is our Maulâ (Lord, Helper and Protector)." And in Allâh let the believers put their trust. (Quran 9 : 51)

Test From Allah

Islam teaches, the life of this world is nothing but a Test.

Allah SWT says about the life and its purpose in various places in the holy Qur'an, one of those is:

We have created man from a mixed sperm-drop to put him to a test;… (Qur’an 76 : 2) .

Why Does Allah Test Us ?

Test to check the quality of the faith and patience in you.

It is He who has created death and life to put you to the test and see which of you is most virtuous in your deeds... (Qur’an 67 : 2)

Do men think that they will be left alone on saying "we believe" and that they will not be Tested? we did test those before them, and Allah will certainly know those who are True from those who are False. (Qur'an 29 : 2 - 3)

Do you think that you will enter Paradise before Allâh tests those of you who fought (in His Cause) and (also) tests those who are As-Sâbirun (the patient)? (Qur’an 3 : 142)

If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials.

When Allah loves you, he sends you trials. So face those trilas with a SMILE.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with Trials." (Bukhari Volume 7, Book 70, Number 548)

Whoever Allah wants good for him, he puts them to test. He puts them through difficulties. Like a diamond or some metal that has to be burnt and then that which is bad from it is removed so that you have that which is the pure diamond or the pure gold or whatever. Put them to tests, trials and difficulties.” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Ye Hadith agar samaj mein agayee to sabar karna asaan hojayega.

If Allah loves you then you will get opportunities.

If Allah SWT loves you then you will get opportunities to earn Jannah through tests, if you pass you will win the pleasure of Allah and achieve the highest rank in Jannah. If fail you are the loser….

Allah tests you because Allah want to reward you and raise your ranks in Jannah. Now you prove that you are worthy of it.

If Allah loves a people, then he afflicts them with trials. Whoever is patient has the reward of patience, and whoever is impatient has the fault of impatience. (Source: Musnad Aḥmad 23122, Grade: Sahih)

And their recompense shall be Paradise, and silken garments, because they were patient. (Quran-76:12)

"Those will be rewarded with the highest place [in Paradise] because of their patience.." (Quran-25:75)

… surely Allah does not break His promise. (Quran 3:9)

Every trial, every problem, affords a glorious opportunity to achieve the highest rank in Jannah.

So please Face your trials with patience, for they may have hidden blessings within them that will show later.

Hadith which can be found in Sahih al-Jami' authentic: The prophet (pbuh) said "The people who were not tested in this dunya will wish their skins were cut up when they see the rewards for those who were tested" (Hadith no. 5484)

Allahu Akbar that is the reward of TRIALS

A hardship and suffering is a blessing in disguise. It is a moment of test, a test that once you pass with patience, it will grant you rewards more than you can imagine.

It is difficult to be patient. But to waste the reward for patience is worse.

When Allah wills Good for His Slave... (Early Punishment)

“When Allah wills good for His slave, He hastens the punishment for him in this world, and when Allah wills ill for His slave, he withholds the punishment for his sins from him until he comes with all his sins on the Day of Resurrection.”

[Reported by at-Tirmidhi (2396) and Shaykh al-Albaani (rahimahullaah) classified it as saheeh (authentic) in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi] Sahih bukhari Volume 7, Book 70, Number 575: Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Test To Elevate Ranks

If Allah want to raise his servant rank then afflict them with Trials.

A moment of hardship is an opportunity to earn higher ranks in jannah, it is an opportunity to be patient and earn Allah’s mercy and blessing and Allah’s regard for you. The more the suffering and your patience, the more the blessing.

The Prophet ( sas ) said:

“Nothing befalls a believer, a (prick of a) thorn or more than that, but Allah will raise him one degree in status thereby, or erase a bad deed.”

Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5641) and Muslim (2573).

The Greatest Reward Comes With The Greatest Trial

The Prophet Muhammad ( sas ) said:

“The greatest reward comes with the greatest Trial . When Allaah loves a People , He Tests them . Whoever accepts that Wins His pleasure , but whoever is discontent with that Earns His wrath .”

[Reported by at-Tirmidhi (2396) and ibn Maajah (4031). Shaykh al-Albaani (rahimahullaah) considered it Hasan]

Allah hamein sabar karne walon mein se banaye. Ameen

Afflictions Are a Form of Blessing To Return The Right Way

And indeed We will make them taste of the Penalty of this (life) prior to the supreme Penalty, in order that they may (repent and) return.  (Qur’an 32 : 21)

Calamities have appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of the people have earned, so that He (Allah) makes them taste some of what they did, in order that they may return (to the right way).  (Qur’an 30 : 41)

Do they not see that they are tested every year once or twice? Yet they neither repent nor learn a lesson from this. (Quran 9 : 126)

I know that Allah will reapir everything in impressive way.

...and Allah is the best planner. (Quran 8:30)

Know that everything is in perfect order whether you understand it or not.

To Realise Our Wrong Doings

Allah swt said in the Quran : Whatever misfortune happens to you , is because of the things your hands have wrought , and for many (A sin) he grants forgiveness.   (Quran 42 : 30)

Expiation of Some of Sins

And that Allâh may test (or purify) the believers (from sins) and destroy the disbelievers (Quran 3:141)

Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 70, Number 545 Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri and Abu Huraira: The Prophet said,

"No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, But that Allah expiates some of his sins for that."

37. Abu Sa`id and Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "Never a believer is stricken with a discomfort, an illness, an anxiety, a grief or mental worry or even the pricking of a thorn but Allah will expiate his sins on account of his patience". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Prophet Muhammad (peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There is no Muslim who is stricken with a calamity and says what Allah has enjoined – ‘Verily to Allah we belong and unto Him is our return. O Allah, reward me for my affliction and compensate me with something better’ – but Allah will compensate him with something better.” (Sahih Muslim 918)

Dim & Distant

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “There is no Muslim who is afflicted by a calamity & when he remembers it, even if it was in the dim & distant past, he says Inna Lillaahi wa inna ilayhi raaji’oon (verily to Allah we belong & unto Him is our return), but Allah will give him a reward like ...that of the day when it befell him.”

[Ahmad & Ibn Majaah, from al-Bidaayah wa’l-Nihaayah ( 8/221 )]

Disgust : (a strong feeling of disapproval and dislike at a situation)

...But it is possible that you hate a thing while it is good for you, and it is possible that you love a thing while it is bad for you; Allah knows, and ye, you do not!     (Quran 2:216)

Test To Check Your True Character

it was a test to prove [their true characters]- (Quran 37 : 106)

A Believer says Alhamdulillah in good times. and in bad times. what say ?

Expressing Allah’s Lordship and submission to His Decree by saying... Inna lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un. "Indeed, we belong to Allah, And indeed to Him we shall return."

Allah SWT said in the Quran :

who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return." Such are the people on whom there are blessings and Mercy from Allah; and they are the ones that are rightly guided. (Quran 2 : 156 - 157)

How to know whether the Calamity/Trial is a Test or a Punishment?

Under Construction

sab se pehle aap apne amal jayeza len. agar aap ko lagta hai ke aap ne kuch ghalt kiya hai to samaj len ke ye aap ke haat ki kamai hai aur khoob Tauba karen.

Aur agar aap ko ye lagta hai ke aap ne kuch ghalt nahi kiya to samaj len ke shayad ye azmayish hai. is per sabar karen.

agar koi baat samaj mein nahi arahi hai to khoob tauba karen aur sabar bhi karen. agar ye aap ke haat ki kamai hai to shayad aap ko maafi mil jayegi. aur agar ye azmayish hai to aap ke is sabar per aap ko behtareen ajar diya jayega.
